Design an accessibility product that is itself exemplary. Everything you ship gets audited by the same standard we sell.
What you'll do
- Design the audit, reporting and monitoring surfaces end to end
- Own the design system, including its contrast and focus behaviour
- Prototype with real assistive technology in the loop
- Make complex compliance information legible to non-technical buyers
What we're looking for
- 4+ years product design, ideally on data-dense B2B products
- Genuine accessibility fluency — you design for keyboard and screen reader first
- Comfortable working in code or very close to it
