Remediation Specialist

Turn audit findings into shipped fixes at volume, with an eye for the pattern behind a hundred individual failures.
What you'll do
- Work through prioritised audit backlogs on customer storefronts
- Fix contrast, alt text, form labelling and focus-order failures at the template level
- Escalate the architectural problems that a template fix cannot solve
- Keep remediation notes accurate enough to stand up in a legal response
What we're looking for
- 2+ years front-end or theme development experience
- Working knowledge of WCAG success criteria and how to test them
- Precision and patience — most of this work is detail at scale
